Casserole chicken parmesan
Method
7 ounces/ 200 g mostaccioli or penne pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups of cuber cooked chicken
2 cups Italian sauce
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of parsley
Ingredients
Spray casserole dish with vegetable oil.
Combine Italian sauce, chicken, pasta and half of both cheeses. Mix thoroughly.
Place the remaining cheese on top of the casserole. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake at 360°F/ 180 °F for 30 minutes
